Basketball Championship
The General Administration of Education team in Riyadh region for basketball participating in the final qualifying tournament for the high school education basketball tournament qualified for the finals of the Kingdom’s championship in Jeddah at the end of next month. Riyadh, at the Institute for Leadership Development, with the participation of 12 educational teams.

The head of the physical education department in Riyadh education, the director of the tournament, Saleh Al-Harithi, said that the qualifiers had the participation of the teams of Riyadh, Al-Houta, Al-Hariq Al-Quwai’a, Al-Ahsa, Al-Aflaj, Al-Ghat, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Kharj, Al-Majmaah, Shaqra, Al-Qassim and Al-Zulfi.
The Director of the Student Activity Department, Dr. Anwar Abu Aba, announced earlier that the Riyadh Education Department, represented by the organizing committees of the tournament, was ready to host this educational sporting event.
